Srikanth will spearhead the management and development of offshore teams, focusing on delivery, pre-sales, support, and product/IP development within their IT Services division.
With an impressive career spanning over 25 years, Srikanth brings extensive experience in product development and service delivery across various industries, including Manufacturing, Healthcare, Retail, and Media. He holds a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Bapatla Engineering College, an M.Tech in Microwave Engineering from IIT-BHU, and an Executive MBA in General Management from IIM Calcutta.
Srikanth’s professional journey began at BARC, Mumbai, followed by significant roles at TCS and Wipro, where he led pioneering projects in EDI product development, Java-based web commerce, Hospital Information System modernization and Enterprise Architecture consulting. His leadership experience extends to prominent Global Capability Centers (GCCs) such as UHG/Optum, PEGA, Napier, and GAP, where he excelled in cultivating architecture & engineering teams, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring delivery excellence.
Beyond his professional endeavours, Srikanth is an avid reader and an enthusiastic shuttle badminton player. His weekends are spent at his Dragon Fruit farm, reflecting his dedication to nature, health, and community development. His life and work philosophy, ‘Do the right things! Work for a cause, not for applause.’ resonates deeply with Sage IT’s values.
